Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Athena received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Her professional interests include Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Hearing Impairment, and Augmentative/Alternative Communications.

Prior to joining Children’s Choice for Therapy, Athena worked at the Murdoch Center in Butner, NC with adults displaying severe communication impairments. She has experience with both adults and pediatric clients.
